Big THANK YOU to our Sponsors:

Andrew Sherbin- Edward Jones

Our local Edward Jones Branch is located in the heart of Leslieville at Queen and Leslie. Owner Andrew Sherbin is a Certified Financial Planner® and helps families and small businesses in Leslieville build, manage and transfer wealth through all stages of life.  Andrew has been a resident of Leslieville since 2011 and was, previously, the Chair of the Leslieville BIA from 2013 – 2019. Why Leslieville? It’s eclectic, energetic, quirky, diverse and has everything one could need while out and about Wanderlust-ing!

Dean Seguin- Good Hood

I love Leslieville for its sense of community and feel of a small town amongst the city. It’s got a sense of spirit and energy above any neighbourhood in Toronto and a big part of that is due in part to the mosaic of local businesses that call the area home. Local businesses give Leslieville its flavour and I care about the community so I support local to keep that alive and thriving. It’s rewarding to put time, money and work back into the community to benefit the other people who call it home, too.

Torontonians are proud of the neighbourhood in which they live, and nowhere is that more tangible than in the east end where folks are galvanized on making the community as strong as it can be. GOODHOOD is the go-to source for encouraging local content that connects the east end and stays in sync with the lifestyle of the neighbourhood. The name GOODHOOD isn’t by chance — our editorial philosophy steers our content towards the positive — the people, places and things happening in the community. Ultimately, we want to be a local hub, enriching the neighbourhood with inspiring local stories.

Leslieville Wanderlust is always a great chance to support local, meet friends and neighbours and enjoy the best of the neighbourhood — from food and drink to retail and the always exciting streetscape.

Rebeca Montiel – Chartwell/Avondale

We work here, we shop here and we dine here – this is our community. Avondale is a tight-knit retirement community in the heart of Leslieville. We take pride in embodying the Leslieville sense of community and belonging – from our building, which has been here for over 20 years, to our residents, many of who have called this neighbourhood home for over 80 years.

We are thankful to be part of a vibrant, caring community that has seen so much positive change over the years. As one of Leslieville’s largest employers and landlords, we understand the importance of being an active member in the community. At Avondale we’re about people – we are in the business of health, happiness and peace of mind. In spirit with our vision of Making People’s Lives Better, we are thrilled to partner with the Leslieville BIA to help bring Wanderlust to life, a true celebration of community.

Laura Granatstein- Rockport

Rockport is proud to be a part of Wanderlust this year. The Leslieville neighbourhood is home to our George Condos + Towns project, currently under construction. The family-friendly, community-focused ethos of the Leslieville area drew us here and connects well to Rockport’s mission to build wonderful places for people to live, work, and play. Rockport has been building homes for over 60 years across the city of Toronto. Thriving local neighbourhoods are what make Toronto such a welcoming place to live, and Rockport is proud to lead by example in supporting Leslieville through events like Wanderlust 2019.

  1. What I have continually told people today is that when looking for a good internet electronics retail store, there are a few components that you have to remember to consider. First and foremost, you want to make sure to look for a reputable and reliable retail store that has gotten great critiques and rankings from other shoppers and business sector professionals. This will make certain you are handling a well-known store that provides good assistance and assistance to the patrons. Thank you for sharing your thinking on this blog site.
