We’re excited to thank Wright Sisters Group , one of our Queen East Eats Community Supporters!
The Wright Sisters Group is a local real estate team that have been long time supporters of Eastend businesses, being an Eastend business themselves. Sisters Melanie & Lindsay Wright have built up their business into the successful team that it is today, and continuously look to give back & supported any way they can.
“Our team is so excited to take part in Queen East Eats for the second year in a row. As local business owners, along with our partners and staff, we enjoy supporting local shops and eateries. After the multiple lockdowns and mandates, we have become more aware of the value these small businesses add to our community as a whole, and we want to show it. The many one-of-a-kind eateries help preserve the distinctive and unique character that our favourite neighbourhoods exude; and unlike chain stores, locally owned businesses provide more jobs and recycle a larger share of their revenue back into the local economy, enriching the community for everyone. We are delighted to see all the smiling faces gathering with enthusiasm, on the many patios in the neighbourhood!” - Melanie Wright

Wright Sisters Group has been a strong community member within the Eastend for many years, and is a returning supporter of Queen East Eats to help revive our main streets after what has been a long & challenging time. Beyond just selling homes, they are committed to investing in our community, having supported numerous local charities and organizations over the years. Since 1999 they have donated a portion of each sale to the “Children’s Miracle Network” which supports various organizations including Toronto Sick Kids Hospital. They’ve raised money for the Toronto East General’s “Buy a brick, build a future” campaign and participate in the “Gifts of Hope” charity with Plan Canada by offering to give a gift that makes a difference. And now with businesses being affected as they have by the challenges of a pandemic, this is yet another initiative that holds an important place in their efforts to help give back.

Big thanks to ALL our Community Supporters of ‘Queen East Eats’:
Hullmark, Outline Financial, and The Wright Group
